SDC Security & Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. was founded in Bangalore by veterans who spent their careers in uniform — and who believed private security deserved the same standards of drill, accountability and paperwork.
Our story
From the services to the site gate
SDC was incorporated in 2017 by a group of retired armed forces and police personnel who had spent decades protecting installations, convoys and people. On returning to civilian life they found the same problem across Bangalore's industrial estates and apartment complexes: guards were deployed, but nobody could say with certainty who was on duty, whether rounds were done, or whether statutory dues were actually paid.
We built the company to close that gap. Every guard we deploy is recruited, verified and drilled under supervision of ex-servicemen. Every deployment is backed by attendance registers, patrol records and monthly compliance filings — and today, by a live client portal where our clients can see all of it in real time.
Approval under the PASARA Act came in 2019. Since then the force has grown to over 600 personnel across security, manpower supply and housekeeping, serving power utilities, pharma plants, food processing units, metro projects, gated communities and clubs across Karnataka. Several clients have stayed with us for more than four years.
